Location:
Newport News, VA – Detox and Inpatient Treatment Center
Schedule:
Full‑Time or Part‑Time | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Clients engage in dynamic therapeutic programming and receive unwavering support from a multidisciplinary team focused on long‑term recovery and mental wellness.
Summary:
Join our enthusiastic team as an LPN for the night shift, where you will play a crucial role in delivering essential nursing care within our detox and stabilization environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct nursing assessments for new admissions during nighttime hours.
Administer medications in accordance with medical protocols and closely monitor client responses.
Apply detox protocols and perform regular COWS and CIWA assessments as needed.
Monitor vital signs, document observations, and respond proactively to emergent needs.
Provide compassionate support and reassurance to clients during detox and stabilization.
Communicate effectively with on‑call providers and assist with medical needs that arise overnight.
Ensure a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment during the night shift.
Qualifications
Active LPN license in the state of Virginia.
Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification.
Preferred: experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment.
