Speech-Language Pathologist – Coral Desert Rehabilitation
Flagship Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech‑Language Pathologist to join our in‑house rehab program at Coral Desert Rehabilitation in St. George, UT. This post‑acute care facility offers long‑term and short‑term care, along with geriatric services. The successful candidate will work with a stable and supportive therapy team dedicated to helping patients recover communication, cognitive, and swallowing functions.

Responsibilities
Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, and develop appropriate care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
Evaluate treatment outcomes, modify services based on patient evaluation, and make referrals as needed.
Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements.
Qualifications
Speech‑Language Pathology license is required.
Open to SLPs at all experience levels.
