Responsibilities
Will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.
Support caregivers to better understand their children's needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication.
Collaborate with teams to enhance mental wellness of individuals and families within the community.
Qualifications
Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program.
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable.
Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred.
Experience working with children on the autism spectrum desirable.
Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle.
Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish a plus.
