Providence is offering up to $21,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates and possible relocation who meet all conditions for payment. This is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begins on your first day of employment.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Full‑time, day shift position is available.
The practice of physical therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, education, communication, and demonstration of therapeutic techniques to address the needs of patients and their families with supervisory guidance as needed. Otherwise, a physical therapist shall work independently without direct supervision.
Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
New Mexico Physical Therapist License – New Mexico Physical Therapy Board upon hire.
National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
Neonatal Therapist (CCH acute only): Degree from accredited program.
2 years of experience in rehabilitation.
Location: Covenant Hobbs Hospital, 5419 N Lovington Hwy, Hobbs, NM.
Pay range: $38.15 – $59.22 per hour (base). Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
