Location: Flagstaff, AZ. Full‑time position with Healthcare Outcomes Performance Co. (HOPCo).

Special Procedures & C‑Arm Full‑time role supporting operating room procedures using advanced imaging, including C‑arm equipment. Requires adaptability, passion for patient care, and experience in fast‑paced settings.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in radiologic technology
ARRT certification current and in good standing
Current state radiologic technologist license
Preference for C‑arm experience
2–4 years in special procedures in hospital or clinic setting
Knowledge of routine fluoroscopy, head and extremity exams
Strong understanding of HIPAA, OSHA, and radiology safety protocols
What You’ll Do
Review physician orders and determine OR imaging needs
Assist physicians and technologists during complex surgical/interventional procedures
Position patients safely for high‑quality images
Operate and adjust C‑arm and other imaging equipment
Explain procedures to patients to reduce anxiety
Document patient history, views performed, and technical factors
Maintain accurate records of exams and imaging data
Prepare, stock, and set up procedure rooms; ensure sterile supplies available
Perform routine quality control checks, monitor equipment performance, report issues
Coordinate with other radiologic technologists when additional support needed
