About the Position We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Therapist/RBT to support children with autism across their homes, schools, and communities. This role offers entry to senior level career opportunities, free RBT training, and ongoing professional development.
Salary and Hours Starting at
$21/hr , with potential for additional compensation for meeting weekly clinical hour requirements. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm.
Location 3925 N Business Center Dr, Tucson, AZ 85705. A central, well‑equipped office space is provided for collaboration and resource access.
Qualifications
Passionate about helping others succeed and thrive—training and certification available.
Strong collaborator and communicator; enjoys working with peers to implement treatment plans.
Compassionate, flexible, and adaptable to changing client needs.
Avid learner who researches and asks questions.
Comfortable with technology, software, and data‑collection applications.
Required Certification Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required within 30 days of employment.
Transportation Reliable transportation to/from clients with a clean driving record (no more than 3 minor violations).
