In community-based settings, we provide vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, military service members, and veterans.

Our facility in La Mesa, CA, is a fully licensed JCAHO accredited Congregate Living Healthcare (CLHF) that specializes in brain, spinal cord and other life‑altering injuries. We offer in‑patient treatment in a residential home‑like setting including neurorehabilitation, respite, post‑acute and sub‑acute care. Services include amputee care, complex wound care, G‑ and J‑tube feedings, occupational, physical and speech‑language therapy, IV antibiotic therapy, pulmonary care and social & recreational activities.

Shift & Compensation

Part‑time NOC shift (1‑2 shifts per week)

NOC shift: 7:00 pm – 7:30 am

12‑hour shifts (every shift includes 4 hours of OT)

DT after 12th hour

Salary Range: $18.00‑$21.50 per hour, based on experience

NOC shift differential: $2.00 per hour

Overtime pay after 8th hour: $27.00‑$32.25 per hour

NeuroRestorative facility on Aztec Drive, La Mesa, CA

CLHF (Congregate Living Health Facility)

15‑bed facility staffed with 1 RN, 1 LVN, 2 CNAs per shift

Low patient ratios

On‑demand pay via Dayforce Wallet

Responsibilities

Provide basic bedside care and assist patients in moving to and from bed while monitoring condition with consistent assessments

Assist patients with dressing or bathing as directed by the supervising nurse

Observe patients and report changes to the nurse

Provide basic support to convalescing patients

Assist with mobility exercises and range of motion activities

Qualifications

Completion of a CNA certification program and current California CNA certification

At least one year of CNA experience preferred, ideally with medically complex patients

Current CPR for Healthcare Provider certification

Effective communication skills with staff, residents, and families

Reliable, responsible, and compassionate attitude
