Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pediatric care, including well‑child exams, immunizations, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
Perform detailed patient histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
Educate and support patients’ families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records following clinic policies and regulatory standards.
Participate in community outreach and health education programs.
Qualifications
Current licensure as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) in the state of Louisiana.
Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited program.
Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner by the PNCB or ANCC.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pediatric healthcare setting preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
