Responsibilities
Perform routine SX/EW and Leach testing functions under close supervision.
Collect and prepare data and samples for analysis.
Assist with the installation and set-up of instruments and equipment.
Support laboratory and field instrumentation and equipment maintenance.
Enter data into spreadsheets and databases.
Follow MSHA, OSHA, environmental regulations, SOPs, and work area instructions.
Participate in safety and environmental activities.
Use plant and laboratory correctly at all times.
Perform housekeeping and other duties as needed.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
Ability to work successfully in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Proficiency in MS Excel for developing and maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and documentation.
Experience with SX/EW and Leaching.
Experience with mobile equipment, including overhead cranes.
Familiarity with mathematic and/or number‑based tasks.
Experience with chemical sample preparation and/or analysis.
Ability to follow detailed technical instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Willingness to travel to mine sites, including occasional overnight stays.
Experience in an ISO 9001/EMS 14001/OHSAS 18001 environment.
What We Offer You The estimated pay range for this role is $20.50 - $28.00 per hour. This reflects base salary only and does not include bonuses, benefits, or retirement contributions. Base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills, and other factors. Additional discretionary and incentive payments may be available based on company and individual performance.

Work may involve a non‑standard schedule, including shift work (non‑day) and 24/7 operations.

Work in a potentially stressful environment.
A valid driver's license is required.
Work is in an outdoor, laboratory, or mine setting with exposure to temperature extremes, moving parts, electrical shock, toxic chemicals, explosives, fumes, or airborne particles.
Perform manual tasks such as standing, sitting, demonstrating dexterity, climbing stairs and ladders, and working on elevated platforms.
Occasionally lift, push, pull, or maneuver objects up to 40 pounds.
Personal protective equipment is required in mine, outdoor, or plant environments (hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, respirator, rubber steel‑toe boots, protective clothing, gloves, etc.).
