Responsibilities
Stock the produce department, including facing, filling, and organizing items according to the Produce Department schematics.
Trimming, watering, and merchandising produce to maintain freshness and high quality.
Rotate inventory, perform proper stocking, and ensure accurate pricing and tagging.
Answer customer questions in a friendly and helpful manner.
Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while following safety and health regulations.
Qualifications
At least 16 years of age.
Reliable, dependable, and able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Demonstrated respect for others and adherence to Sprouts' code of ethics and culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Positive attitude with strong communication skills and ability to follow directions.
Capacity for repetitive tasks, multitasking, prioritizing, and staying organized.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, lift up to 50 lbs., and maneuver a utility cart for up to 2 hours.
Able to walk up to 5 miles in an 8‑hour shift.
Adheres to all safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures regulations.
Willingness to perform other related duties as assigned.
Pay Range The hourly pay range is $18.20 – $24.55, based on experience and qualifications.
