Location Lakewood, Colorado

Our state‑of‑the‑art facility includes a 2,500 sq ft ICU featuring Snyder units and high‑flow oxygen therapy, a four‑suite surgery center, an on‑site blood bank, specialty procedure suites, a full imaging center with CT, and cutting‑edge technology such as 4D echocardiography, fluoroscopy, laparoscopy, and laser therapy.
Your Role as an ER/ICU Registered Veterinary Technician As a vital member of our ER/ICU team, you’ll play a hands‑on role in supporting compassionate, high‑quality care for critically ill and emergent patients.
Triage and stabilize emergencies.
Manage hospitalized ICU cases.
Assist with procedures such as catheter placement, laceration repair, oxygen therapy (high‑flow), thoracocentesis, and more.
Requirements
Current RVT License and Registration with DORA.
Preferred: College (AS/BS/BA).
Preferred: Minimum of 1 year’s experience as an RVT, preferably in an ER or ICU setting.
Preferred: BLS/ALS CPR certifications.
Schedule Typical schedule: 4 x 10‑hour shifts or 3 x 12‑hour shifts (based on primary ER or ICU).
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
Kneel, stoop, crouch; be on feet for long periods.
Operate medical and office equipment.
Work around biological hazards and cleaning agents.
Communicate clearly in noisy environments.
