PRN Occupational Therapist (OTR) – Enhance Rehabilitation Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified Occupational Therapist candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting following an individualized plan of care.

Responsibilities

Providing excellent care for our patients

Providing excellent customer service to our patients and family members

Collaborating with facility staff to ensure excellent care for the patients

Evaluating new patients, developing plans of care and setting measurable, functional goals

Treating patients, answering their concerns and educating them on their injury, progress and probable outcomes

Re-evaluating patient progress, revising plans of care and resetting goals

Completing timely and accurate documentation including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges and daily progress notes

Supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants

Qualifications

Entry level

Full‑time employment allowed

Health Care Provider designation

Location Racine, WI

Salary $75,000.00 – $85,000.00
