A high school diploma or GED.
A valid LPN license in the state of Illinois.
About the Role You are essential to the medical team and assist RNs and physicians in patient care.
Chart and record medication and treatment administration.
Patient observation.
Perform specific procedures such as reading and recording vital signs, measuring and recording weight and height, and running other diagnostic tests.
