Springfield, Ohio. Full‑time, First Shift. Responsibilities
Direct and coordinate radiology and diagnostic imaging procedures. Oversee staff in operation of imaging equipment such as X‑ray machines, fluoroscopes, CT scanners, sonography, and MRI equipment. Provide human resource services: select, orient, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees. Plan, monitor, appraise, and recommend performance and compensation actions. Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and ancillary staff to resolve radiology issues and improve quality assurance programs. Monitor and maintain a safe environment by monitoring radioactive exposure and MRI and ultrasound safety of staff and patients. Ensure adherence to professional standards, hospital policies, federal, state, local requirements, and Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program (HFAP). Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Associate degree required. ODH license. ARRT certified. BLS certification. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor degree preferred. Two to five years of radiographic experience preferred. Additional areas of registry preferred. Two years of supervisory experience preferred. Candidate will perform office duties as well as work on the floor with staff performing XR and CT. Shift primarily Monday‑Friday, dayshift. Overview
