Base Pay Range $22.00/hr - $35.00/hr
ExamOne is now hiring Mobile Phlebotomists to complete Life Insurance blood draws throughout the City of Chicago and surrounding suburbs.
Bilingual Spanish speakers are a plus.
Experience: 1 year of phlebotomy or medical technology.
Pay per completed assignment: $22-$35.
Pay is biweekly.
Overview
Certified Phlebotomist, MA, Med Tech, LPN.
Position is part-time, flexible hours available.
Independent contract, 1099 (PT).
Requires travel within the City of Chicago and all Metropolitan Suburbs.
Self‑motivated and works independently.
Job Duties
Conduct mobile phlebotomy professionally and on time.
Follow safety and established procedures per health guidelines.
Collect and document medical history and vitals.
Obtain blood and urine samples.
Perform EKG as needed.
Label, centrifuge, and complete all paperwork accurately.
Upload all completed documents in the ExamOne portal.
Package and ship all paperwork and specimens to the lab.
Provide daily case status updates.
Qualifications
Excellent blood drawing skills and at least 1 year of experience.
Detail‑oriented with strong medical terminology to gather medical history and physical measurements.
Must have a stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, scale, and tape measure.
Must have high‑speed internet access with a printer/scanner to print, scan, and upload completed documents.
Must have reliable car and auto insurance.
Must pass background check and urine marijuana drug screen.
