Advance Practice Provider (NP / PA) Primary Care
Overview
Full-time Advance Practice Provider (NP or PA), Monday - Friday (no weekends or evenings). Treat chronic conditions of high-risk patients from your own panel, 6-8 patients per day.

Responsibilities The Advance Practice Providers we seek are those who have directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice and primary care. The Nurse Practitioner who wants to practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs.
Qualifications
Licensed as a NP or PA in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located
Federal DEA License/eligibility
Geriatric training/experience preferred
Active CPR/BLS Certification
Board Certification
