Stocking Team Associate
to unload trucks and stock new freight.
Compensation Hourly range: $14.00/hr – $27.00/hr. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35/hr to $3.00/hr.
Employment Type Part-Time – available for mid‑shift and closing shifts.
Location 300 Walmart Dr, Ebensburg, PA 15931, USA.
Job Overview Stocking associates unload trucks, stock new freight, and spend the majority of time in the backroom. They must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be required.
Responsibilities
Unload and inventory truck shipments.
Stock shelves and backroom storage areas.
Maintain a clean and organized backroom.
Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment as needed.
Follow safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
Physical ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
Capacity to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
Basic math skills for inventory counting.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with forklifts is a plus.
