Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Milwaukee, WI. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing regular equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure the safety and effective functioning of properties. Daily tasks include conducting routine preventive maintenance, responding promptly to maintenance requests, identifying and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with team members to address mechanical and facility concerns. This role requires a hands‑on approach and a commitment to maintaining high property standards.
Qualifications
Skills in Equipment Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair
Strong ability in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance techniques
Basic understanding of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC is a plus
Exceptional attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
Capability to work independently and collaboratively in an on‑site environment
Relevant certification or technical training in maintenance or a related field is advantageous
Prior experience in property or industrial maintenance is preferred
