Job Location Greenfield, IN (3rd floor of Hancock Regional Hospital)

Responsibilities
Supervise patient care activities performed by RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
Communicate with physicians, CCO and staff regarding changes in patient’s clinical condition and study results.
Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
Maintain a positive care milieu and keep leadership apprised of situations that may place the facility at risk.
Provide direct patient care as required based on staffing and patient acuity.
Manage patients with respiratory failure, sedation, pressor, anti‑arrhythmic and infection care, and chronic non‑healing wounds.
Perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.
Qualifications
Current Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
BLS and ACLS certification.
Minimum 2 years ICU experience.
English communication skills, verbal and written.
