Shift: Part-time Day shift and Full/Part-time Evening shift. Shift differential applies for evening and night shifts.
Pay: Negotiable based on experience.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN‑Charge Nurse to join our team at our facility in Oldenburg, IN. The LPN‑Charge Nurse will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff for that shift, providing direct patient care, and ensuring that all nursing operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Supervise and direct nursing staff
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
Assess patient needs and develop care plans
Monitor patient progress and update medical records
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Ensure compliance with all nursing standards and regulations
Requirements
Valid LPN license in the state of Indiana
Prior experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Knowledge of nursing standards and regulations
