Hours:
Monday-Thursday 6:00am - 3:15pm, Friday 6:00am - 12:00pm
Starting Pay:
$15.50 per hour
Bonuses & Rewards:
$500 hiring/retention bonus; $100 monthly perfect attendance award; Off at NOON every FRIDAY!
Responsibilities / Principal Duties
Stock all incoming materials in their proper locations.
Perform scheduled cycle counts and inventories of material.
Pre-Kit parts for SMT scheduled assemblies.
Count reels via x-ray machine or reel counter.
Reconcile Parts.
Tape and reel parts as needed via Tape & Reel machine.
Assist people who need parts or supplies.
Bake parts per quality department instructions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Interpersonal Skills
Takes responsibility for the quality of one’s individual work.
Demonstrates accuracy and neatness in their work.
Co‑operative and dependable, highly motivated, and trustworthy.
Respects and works effectively with fellow team members.
Will notify Team leader if team is not following Quality processes.
Will present new ideas and improvements to Team Leader.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Two years of experience in a material handling position.
Work is performed in a climate‑controlled manufacturing environment with frequent contact with others. Job requires prolonged sitting, standing, frequent bending, stooping, stretching, and lifting of materials.
Knowledge of and skills in the use of counting equipment (counting scales and reel counters) and various component‑prepping machines.
Job functions will be performed in & around production, warehouse, and offices.
Position may be filled by an applicant without meeting all qualifications with ownership group review and approval.
