About the role In this role, you will be responsible for delivering individualized, one-on-one care tailored to each resident’s unique needs. You will specialize in managing chronic conditions, supporting post-operative recovery, and addressing complex medical needs with a steadfast commitment to safety, dignity, and comfort. You will perform medication management, vital sign monitoring, and collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams, while providing clear education and guidance to residents and families. You are committed to delivering exceptional, high-quality care that improves health outcomes, promotes independence, and enhances overall quality of life.
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the applicable state Board of Nursing.
Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in acute care or home health setting.
Current CPR certification (or obtain within three months of employment).
If responsible for transporting a resident, must maintain a valid state driver’s license and provide proof of current automobile liability insurance.
Pay Range $28.62 - $40.46 per hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
