Full‑time position offering
$90k–$110k per year with bonus
in a collaborative, multidisciplinary practice. The office is located in Waco, TX.
About the Practice We are an integrative multispecialty practice that provides a wide range of healthcare services—including medical, chiropractic, acupuncture, physical therapy, and massage—under one roof. Our goal is to improve patients’ quality of life by creating personalized wellness plans that integrate multiple modalities.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive patient exams and evaluations, including medical history, physical exam, and review of relevant records/imaging.
Order and review diagnostic imaging as medically necessary.
Develop multidisciplinary treatment plans and proactive care plans.
Provide patient education on the value of continued therapy, diagnosis, care plan options, chiropractic care, and lifestyle modifications.
Perform chiropractic care—including manual manipulations (Diversified and other specialties), therapies, modalities, and develop rehabilitation/exercise programs with PT.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EHR.
Coordinate care with other providers daily to ensure patients achieve expected outcomes.
Qualifications
Graduation from an Accredited Chiropractic Program (DC).
Chiropractic license in Texas.
Willingness to collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Compensation
$90k–$110k per year with bonus.
Benefits
Achievable bonus structure (up to $30k).
10 days PTO per year.
