Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation with an hourly range of $41.62 to $68.40. Employees can tailor benefits under a collective bargaining agreement, depending on full‑time or part‑time status.

Responsibilities
Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice.
Directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care in the ICU.
Is directly responsible and accountable for the care given to assigned patients.
Communicates with the physician about changes in the patient’s clinical condition, including hemodynamic monitoring, results of diagnostic studies, abnormal results, and symptomatology.
Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment.
Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality.
Minimum Requirements
Current and valid state RN License.
Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintained.
Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
Current ACLS certificate within 30 days upon hire and maintained.
Preferred Qualifications
Completion of Critical Care Course.
Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care.
Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
