Registered Nurse (RN) – New Graduate

Schedule:
7 p.m. – 7 a.m., 3 nights per week
Compensation:
$10,000 Sign‑On Bonus

Role Responsibilities
Collaborate with physicians and preceptor to implement assessment, evaluation, and follow‑up of care plans for patients.
Initiate ongoing systematic assessment of physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs of patients and families.
Interpret assessment data to develop nursing care plans with problem identification, nursing diagnoses, orders, interventions, short‑/long‑term goals, and discharge planning.
Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in rehabilitation goal setting.
Ensure medical record documents are complete, factual, accurate, and timely.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
Valid State RN license required.
BLS required at hire.
Flexible scheduling to complete program requirements.
