RN Navigator Neuro Spine – St. Mark’s Hospital, Salt Lake City, UT Responsibilities
Daily patient rounding to assess, implement and improve service standards. Work to improve patient care in accordance with the Utah Nurse Practice Act and Saint Marks standards. Communicate effectively with physicians, staff and patients to facilitate their needs. Plan, conduct and assess educational programs within specified time frames to ensure goal achievement. Design and implement educational offerings incorporating adult learning principles. Serve as consultant role to assist with the integration of new learning into practice. Act as leadership resource to structure and support the department and organizational goals. Qualifications
(RN) Registered Nurse. Basic Cardiac Life Support obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Bachelor of Science required; Master’s degree in related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience related to Orthopedics/Neuro. Intermediate MS Office Suite and computer skills. Strong problem‑solving skills and effective communication skills (oral and written). Self‑directed with ability to work independently and collaboratively. Benefits
