Job Responsibilities
Ensure individuals are safe and healthy while attending our day program.
Supervise, coach, and assist individuals in achieving goals for daily living skills.
Supervise planning, implementation, and documentation of programs designed to meet social, emotional, physical, and personal needs.
Plan and participate in community-based jobs, volunteer opportunities, and outings.
Schedule and transport individuals to and from day program.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED required.
Valid non‑provisional driver's license.
18 years of age or older (required).
Can attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays.
Empathetic and team‑oriented approach to care.
