Position Description Summary The Warehouse Associate supports warehouse operations on and off the airport site. Responsibilities include processing shipping and receiving functions, unloading trucks, pulling, packing, and delivering stock orders, as well as performing maintenance activities for the shops. Associates must communicate and partner with store management, vendors, and airport staff to ensure compliance with rules and regulations for deliveries and movement of merchandise throughout the location. Excellent knowledge of warehouse layout, inventory types, and merchandise departments is required.

Position Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalency required / bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum one year of warehouse retail or customer service experience required
Strong customer service and effective communication skills
Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple projects
Self‑starter and able to work with minimal instruction
Adaptable to changing priorities and unexpected situations
Computer work, heavy lifting (40 lbs.), long standing periods, climbing/lifting, bending, nights or weekend work
Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team‑oriented environment
Must pass Federal Criminal History Records Check, Paradies Background Check, and applicable FAA/Department of Transportation requirements
