Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 10:30 am – 8:00 pm. Wednesday 10:30 am – 6:00 pm. Saturday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities
Warmly greet all clients and assist them with paying their service and/or parts invoice.
Use our multi‑line phone system to direct incoming calls to the appropriate party.
Process sales receipts.
Do general office duties like emailing, copying, filing, and faxing.
Help team members in the Service department as needed.
Requirements
Must be successful at providing outstanding customer service to clients.
Ability to multi‑task.
Basic math skills and ability to count currency.
Basic computer skills and ability to operate payment processing system.
