Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills in person and on phone.
Excellent listening skills and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
Proactively resolve escalated customer issues.
Support sales and operations team members and advocate for customers.
Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, holidays, and events.
Qualifications No specific educational qualifications required; prior customer service experience preferred.
