PANTRY COORDINATOR (FULL TIME) Restaurant Associates, BBH - 140 Broadway, New York, NY 10005.

Job summary:

Responsible for food/beverage distribution from the pantry, pantry product inventory and offerings, and other related duties.

Location:

BBH - 140 Broadway, New York, NY 10005 (online applications only)

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm (full time)

Pay Range:

$21.00 – $22.00 per hour

Requirement:

Food service/Hospitality experience required

Physical:

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.; walk and stand for long periods of time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Ensures all food or beverage is distributed from pantry in a timely fashion.

Maintains and performs product inventory.

Understands menu offerings.

Creates, modifies, or closes individual sale checks via electronic tablet.

Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.

Use of a medium-weight cut glove when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer.

Use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steamtables.

Use of slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.
