Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic
Float Pool RN
to join our team. You will have the unique ability to “float” between several different areas across the nursing spectrum, providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner.
Responsibilities
Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality.
Facilitate patient care by making nursing assessments and diagnoses.
Provide plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
Associate Degree; BSN preferred.
2 years’ recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (AHA) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days of hire.
