Part‑Time – Float between Lancaster and Dallas

Essential Functions:
Screens, evaluates, and treats patients
Comprehensively evaluates patients using appropriate tools and procedures
Reviews patient records for diagnoses, medical history, precautions, and contraindications
Establishes measurable goals and develops a treatment plan to advance patient independence and function
Supervises CFY staff, speech interns, and rehab techs in direct patient care and related activities in accordance with the state practice act
Qualifications:
Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association
Currently completing Clinical Fellowship (CF) with appropriate certification and state license
Valid state license in the state of practice
Strong communication skills; ability to relate positively with patients, families, and staff
Capable of performing all responsibilities of this role, with or without reasonable accommodations
