About The Role We’re seeking an experienced
Parts Manager
to lead a high-volume automotive parts department. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced dealership environment and takes pride in building an organized, profitable, and customer‑focused operation. You’ll have ownership of day‑to‑day operations, inventory strategy, team development, and vendor relationships while working closely with service and technician teams to keep the shop running efficiently.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage all daily operations of the parts department
Drive department profitability through inventory control, purchasing, and performance tracking
Hire, train, coach, and develop parts department staff
Maintain accurate inventory levels; conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual audits
Partner closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure parts availability
Oversee parts returns, warranties, and core returns
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships; negotiate pricing as needed
Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement
Deliver excellent service to both retail and wholesale customers
What We’re Looking For
Previous Parts Manager experience or similar leadership role within an automotive dealership
Strong inventory management and organizational skills
Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities
Experience with dealership management softwareExcellent communication, professionalism, and reliability
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
Valid driver’s license and strong attendance record
