We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a background in Paper Mill Machinery to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring that our machinery is maintained and serviced to the highest standards. You will work closely with our production team to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. This is a permanent, full-time position and requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Position: Maintenance Technician (Paper Mill Machinery)

Location: Neenah, WI – on-site

Employment Type: Full-time, direct hire

Base Pay: $25.00/hr – $36.00/hr

Responsibilities

Carry out routine and preventative maintenance on paper mill machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues with machinery, including hydraulic systems and PLC controls.

Operate various types of machinery and equipment in the course of your duties.

Use welding skills to carry out necessary repairs and fabrications.

Maintain HVAC systems to ensure a comfortable and safe working environment.

Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance and repair work carried out.

Work closely with the production team to identify potential issues before they become problems, and to minimize downtime.

Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

Proven experience with paper mill machinery maintenance.

Demonstrable skills in welding, HVAC maintenance, and PLC controls.

Knowledge of hydraulic systems and their application in paper mill machinery.

Ability to operate various types of machinery safely and effectively.

Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work.

Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

A strong understanding of health and safety regulations within the manufacturing industry.
