Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance repairs across the property, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
Complete work orders promptly and with attention to quality and detail
Assist with facilities maintenance, preventative maintenance, and upkeep of common areas
Ensure all safety standards and company policies are followed
Communicate effectively with residents, team members, and management to maintain a positive living experience
Support the team during after-hours emergencies as needed
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in general maintenance
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
Ability to troubleshoot effectively and work independently
Team player with great communication and customer service skills
Availability for emergencies/on-call rotation and weekend work as needed
EPA certification preferred, but not required
