On-Campus Student Advocate (University of Minnesota, 2029 Graduate) – Mission Pet Health Join Mission Pet Health as an On‑Campus Student Advocate to bridge the gap between the university and the organization. You’ll build relationships, promote career opportunities, and strengthen the connection with students, faculty, and clubs.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary link between Mission Pet Health and your university’s students, faculty, and student organizations.

Promote awareness and participation in DVM student programs through networking, email outreach, and attending student meetings.

Organize and host at least one campus engagement event per semester (e.g., lunch & learn, meet‑and‑greet), handling all logistics.

Share information on externships, job openings, and career paths within the Mission Pet Health network.

Provide campus insights about job fairs, visits from our team, and help promote our presence at the school.

Complete at least one clinical rotation at a Mission Pet Health hospital in the first year of the role.

Support social media by providing monthly content such as photos or stories about your experiences and student events.

Qualifications

Current 1st, 2nd, or 3rd‑year veterinary student.

Active engagement within your school community and veterinary student clubs.

Not employed by another veterinary group as a student representative.
