Laboratory Technician

Pay Range:
$23/hr
What’s the Job?
Perform laboratory tests and analyze data to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
Prepare chemical solutions and conduct analyses for flour, feed, and wheat samples.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
Complete documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and lab reports in TLC.
Support sanitation, safety, and food quality programs in accordance with GMP, FDA, and OSHA standards.
What’s Needed?
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and maintain lab equipment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and laboratory software.
Understanding of GMP and safety compliance requirements.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
