Join the team providing pediatric therapy across the United States. Achieve Beyond, founded in 1995, offers ABA, speech, occupational, and physical therapy services throughout the metro New York area and surrounding states. All therapists receive support and training through a paperless billing system, online learning platform, and clinical supervisors.
Base pay range $20.00/hr – $25.00/hr
Starting hourly rate: $20–$27/hr.
Location: Cases available in Montgomery and Frederick Counties.

Job Responsibilities
Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other Behavior Therapists on the case.
Communicate frequently with family members, providing debriefs after each session and teaching strategies for consistency at home and in community.
Collect daily data and organize the child's program book weekly.
Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with state and federal regulations.
BT Requirements
Passion for working with children, families, and therapists.
At least 1–2 years working with children ages 2‑21 in a supervised setting, or successful completion/current enrollment in an undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or related field.
Experience using ABA preferred.
Successful completion of ABA training, consisting of online and in‑person training provided by Achieve Beyond.
Self‑motivated, team player, with patience and professionalism.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with children, family members, and supervisor.
Comfortable working in a home‑based setting.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to travel to assigned cases, including driving, walking, or using public transportation.
Ability to climb and descend staircases.
Ability to lift 10 pounds regularly.
Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, and/or crawl for extended periods.
