AdventHealth is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist Advanced II to provide high‑quality, night‑shift respiratory care in Zephyrhills, Florida. The role is part‑time and focuses on safely managing patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions.

Pay Range:
$26.08 – $48.50 per hour
Responsibilities
Deliver individualized respiratory care, including aerosolized medication, oxygen therapy, invasive and non‑invasive ventilation, and lung function testing.
Obtain, analyze, and interpret blood gas results; manage blood gas laboratory quality control and analyzer cartridge changes.
Respond to rapid response, code blue, and perform CPR.
Assume “Lead” responsibilities for shift when needed: review workload, assign staff, ensure shift tasks are completed, verify ECG removal, and clear medication/overdue lists.
Use proper time management and prioritization skills to maintain efficient patient care.
Qualifications
Technical/Vocational School or equivalent (Required).
Basic Life Support (BLS) – CPR Certificate (Required).
Advanced Level Certifications: RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) – EV Accredited, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement.
State Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – EV Accredited.
Experience in night‑shift respiratory therapy is advantageous.
