We are seeking a
Sales and Outreach Manager
to lead sales, outreach, and relationship‑building efforts across our continuum of care. This role is responsible for driving occupancy, managing the prospect pipeline, developing strategic partnerships, and supervising the sales team while delivering an exceptional experience for prospective residents and their families. The
Sales and Outreach Manager
plays a key role in advancing
Episcopal Homes ’ mission, visibility, and long‑term sustainability.
Wage: $31-$36/hr.
Schedule: Day Full‑Time

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales and marketing plans to achieve and maintain occupancy goals across levels of care
Conduct tours, presentations, and consultations with prospective residents and their families
Guide prospects through the decision‑making process, addressing concerns and highlighting the value of Episcopal Homes
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align outreach strategies with promotional efforts
Advise senior leadership on market trends and recommend strategy adjustments
Community Outreach & Partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, faith‑based organizations, and community partners
Represent Episcopal Homes at community events, expos, trade shows, and networking opportunities
Serve as the primary liaison for external partnerships and outreach initiatives
Data Management & Reporting
Track sales activities, referrals, and outcomes in CRM systems with accurate and timely data entry
Manage and maintain waitlists
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on occupancy trends, sales pipeline, and outreach efforts
Analyze market and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges
Directly supervise Admissions Coordinators and Sales Associates
Use data and feedback to evaluate customer relationship management effectiveness
Partner with internal teams, including marketing, communications, and care services, to deliver a seamless resident and family experience
Engage campus staff and tenants in sales and occupancy initiatives
Participate in staff and leadership meetings and contribute to organizational growth
Success Measures
Effective coordination, creation, and execution of annual and quarterly sales and marketing plans
Growing and well‑maintained waiting lists
Occupancy levels meeting or exceeding budget
Strong collaboration with campus teams on room management, discharge planning, and occupancy barriers
Regular monthly and quarterly reporting to senior leadership on outcomes and sales efforts
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Two or more years of experience in senior living sales, healthcare, or a related industry
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and occupancy goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Passion for working with older adults and supporting their families
