Pay Rate:
$30/hr on W2 or $34/hr on C2C/1099 all-inclusive
Travel:
Up to 30% statewide (evenings/weekends possible; expenses reimbursed per state protocol)
Position Overview Support the training and implementation of a Child Welfare Information System (CWIS) by analyzing functionality, developing classroom facilitator‑led solutions, and creating eLearning courses. Collaborate with training leads, business/Agile teams, developers, and SMEs to design materials, maintain Adobe FrameMaker templates/scripts, and deliver engaging training for Child Welfare program administrators. Facilitate in‑person, virtual, and webinar sessions for adult learners at all levels.
Required Qualifications
3+ years in curriculum design and developing training materials for adult learners.
3+ years understanding social services programs (county/regional/state level).
3+ years experience with business analysis, MS Office Suite, LMS technology (Moodle, XML, HTML), and computer‑based training design.
Proficiency in Adobe FrameMaker, Captivate, Camtasia, Photoshop, Visio or similar tools.
Experience leading in‑person, virtual, and webinar training sessions.
Strong skills in interactive content creation, learner evaluation, and classroom training processes.
Highly Desired
NC FAST/NC Medicaid knowledge (2+ years), software/hardware support, web technology, and clear communication with diverse groups.
