Videographer
We are looking for a talented Videographer to join our team in St. Paul, Minnesota. This is a long‑term contract position ideal for a creative individual with a passion for visual storytelling and expertise in video production. In this role, you will oversee the entire production process, from conceptualizing ideas to delivering high‑quality videos that capture compelling imagery.
Responsibilities
Lead video production projects from concept development to final delivery, ensuring exceptional quality.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate pitches and ideas into engaging video content.
Operate and maintain video equipment, including Sony cameras and lighting systems.
Apply advanced lighting techniques to enhance visual appeal and create dynamic compositions.
Edit video footage to produce high‑quality final cuts, ensuring seamless transitions and storytelling.
Handle various aspects of videography, including shooting, framing, and directing.
Manage video assets and organize files for efficient workflows.
Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and implement innovative techniques in video production.
Troubleshoot technical issues during shoots and post‑production.
Assist with creative direction and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in video production, with a strong portfolio showcasing past work.
Expertise in operating Sony camera products and related video equipment.
Advanced skills in lighting and lens selection to create visually stunning content.
Proficiency in video editing software and tools.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
A keen eye for detail and storytelling through visuals.
Knowledge of broadcast, commercial, and digital video formats.
