ResidAlly
The Role
You’ll join our small team to lead sales and customer relations—responsible for acquiring both homeowners (seniors with spare rooms) and tenants (young professionals, travel nurses, grad students), then ensuring they have an excellent experience from first contact through move‑in and beyond.
This is a high‑ownership role. You won’t be handed a playbook and told to execute—you’ll help refine and scale what’s working while hitting real numbers.
What You’ll Do Sales & Acquisition
Identify and reach homeowners in the Lubbock area ready to rent spare rooms
Qualify and convert tenant leads (travel nurses, grad students, relocators, young professionals)
Manage the full sales cycle: outreach → qualification → tour → contract → move‑in
Hit monthly targets: tenant placements, homeowner sign‑ups, pipeline growth
Customer Relations
Be the primary point of contact for both homeowners and tenants
Handle onboarding, questions, and issue resolution with care and speed
Build relationships that generate referrals and renewals
Maintain CRM records and follow‑up cadences
Growth
Represent ResidAlly at local events, community meetings, and partner organizations
Identify new channels and partnerships to grow supply and demand
Provide feedback to improve our platform, processes, and positioning
What We’re Looking For Required
7–10 years of sales experience with documented strong performance
Based in Lubbock, TX or surrounding areas (Amarillo, Midland, Plainview)
Proven ability to manage both B2C and relationship‑based sales
Excellent communication skills—clear, warm, and professional
Comfortable working in a startup environment with minimal structure
Self‑directed and accountable; you don’t need to be managed closely
Strongly Preferred
Background in rental housing, property management, real estate, or senior services
Experience selling to or working with seniors
Familiarity with the Lubbock market (neighborhoods, hospitals, universities)
CRM experience (we use simple tools, but organization matters)
Who Thrives Here
You care about people—not just closing deals
You're comfortable with ambiguity and can build process as you go
You want ownership and impact, not just a paycheck
You understand that trust and safety are central to what we do
Compensation & Details
Base salary:
Competitive, commensurate with experience
Commission/bonus:
Performance‑based incentives tied to placements
Location:
Lubbock, TX area (hybrid flexibility possible)
Type:
