Overview We are adding to our team of professional instructors. Whether you have years of dance experience or none at all, you could have a successful future with us. If you love interacting with people, help others, stay VERY active, and have control over what you earn, you will love a career with Fred Astaire.
As a high-energy, customer-focused instructor, you will conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week. Along with your Fred Astaire team, you will help students reach their personal dance goals, from a single event to a lifelong journey. You will meet and work closely with people from all walks of life, gaining personal enrichment.
We maintain regular studio hours throughout the week, but also host many events on weekday evenings and weekends that you will be expected to attend with your students.
Qualifications
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and 100% passionate about dance.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Willingness to commit to the work and understand what it takes to be successful.
Accountable and responsible.
Unselfish team player.
Openness to coaching and feedback.
Positive outlook – cup always half full.
Exceptional physical fitness and endurance to perform the role.
