We are assisting an expanding Charlotte corporate office in hiring an Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Sales. You will be an instrumental part of supporting a fast-paced, expanding sales team. Salary up to $85k, plus bonus.
Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings across multiple time zones
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, agendas, and expense reports
Serve as a primary point of contact between the VP of Sales and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
Support sales leadership meetings, QBRs, forecasting sessions, and board presentation
Streamline workflows and improve administrative processes within the sales organization
Support onboarding logistics for new sales leaders and team member
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and HR
Event Planning - arranging offsite meetings (including hotel logistics, meals, welcome packages)
Provide backup support to CEO
Qualifications
3 plus years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Critical Thinking
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
