Position Summary
The Print & Graphic Design Specialist is a hands‑on role responsible for both graphic design execution and print production support. The position bridges creative design and operational print needs, ensuring internal and external materials are designed, produced, and delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys seeing projects through from concept to finished printed product and who is comfortable working in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and update print materials, including labels, signage, flyers, sell sheets, postcards, inserts, and internal communications.
Create mockups, box dielines, and food printer samples as needed.
Ensure all designs align with company branding standards.
Make revisions based on stakeholder feedback and production requirements.
Maintain organized digital files and version control.
Operate and support high‑speed printers for daily production needs.
Prepare, proof, and release files for print accuracy and quality.
Perform finishing tasks including cutting, laminating, and trimming.
Print and distribute internal documents, signage, and operational materials.
Troubleshoot basic print and file issues to ensure deadlines are met.
Order and manage print supplies (paper, labels, toner, etc.).
Coordinate print priorities based on operational needs.
Partner with internal teams to understand timelines and specifications.
Support continuous improvement in print workflows and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in graphic design, print production, or a related role.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat).
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
Experience preparing files for print and understanding print specifications.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline‑driven environment.
Comfortable working in a hands‑on production setting.
Compensation $58,000 - $63,000
