Frankies Bikinis
We’re seeking a creative, trend-driven Social Media Manager to elevate our digital presence and grow our community. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for leading the social presence and influencer relations of the Frankies Bikinis brand to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across all platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the fashion and swimwear space, lives on social media, and knows how to turn creators and content into meaningful brand impact. You’ll own day‑to‑day social media execution while leading influencer partnerships that drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
Primary Job Responsibilities Social Media Management
Own and execute social media strategy across platforms, primarily on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
Plan and publish high-quality content including reels, stories, and static posts
Maintain a strong, cohesive brand voice and visual identity aligned with fashion and swimwear trends
Build and manage monthly content calendars and overarching social media strategy
Keep a pulse on our community based on social analytics as well as directly engaging with them through comments, DMs, and so on
Stay ahead of social, fashion, and cultural trends to keep our socials fresh, relevant, and engaging
Support growth objectives by maintaining a high level of community engagement across all social platforms that results in increased brand advocacy and awareness
Collaborate with the Marketing Director to create timelines for deliverables and projects and set internal deadlines
Influencer Partnerships
Identify, source, and manage influencers and creators aligned with the brand aesthetic and values
Build long‑term relationships with creators across micro, mid‑tier, and top‑tier talent
Manage influencer outreach, gifting, contracts, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate influencer campaigns including product launches, seasonal drops, and promotions
Track influencer content usage and performance for organic and paid opportunities
Analytics & Performance
Track and analyze social media metrics and performance (engagement, growth, revenue, etc)
Track and analyze influencer performance (placements, conversions, engagement, etc)
Education / Requirements
3-5 years of experience managing social media for a fashion, swimwear, or lifestyle brand
Proven experience working with influencers and creator campaigns. Familiarity with influencer platforms and analytical tools a plus
Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends, formats, and best practices
Basic photo and video editing skills
Experience with paid social or influencer whitelisting
Excellent written communication and project management skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field a plus
Salary Range The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000 per year. Actual salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, candidate’s related work experience. This position is also eligible for a % of base salary annual bonus as well as Director level benefits.
