Job Description Up to $10,000 Sign On Bonus
Schedule: Full Time
Shift: Day Shift - 8am-5pm Monday-Friday Rotate weekends every 6-7 weeks
Location: DuPage, Will, Kane, and partial Cook counties (Schamburg Streamwood Bartlett Addison area)
Participates in the transfer of patient information to ensure continued quality care.
Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
Develops and maintains positive working relationships within the practice and other departments.
Implements and monitors patient care plans to ensure effective treatment.
Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Associate's of Nursing (Required)
Bachelor's of Nursing
Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS)
RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
Driver's License (DL) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range $65,722.82 - $105,156.51
