Job Description As a Security Officer – Retail Mall Patrol Unarmed you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as retail/malls. The role is a driving post and you will remain visible to provide exceptional customer service and communication while embodying Allied Universal’s values.

What You’ll Do
Provide customer service and carry out security‑related procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly.
Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unwanted activity.
Observe and report suspicious behavior or security concerns.
Assist visitors, customers, and employees with inquiries and directions.
Support loss prevention efforts and report irregularities.
Follow all Allied Universal and client‑specific protocols.
Minimum Requirements
At least one year of security‑related experience.
A valid driver’s license per Allied Universal driver policy.
Customer service experience preferred.
Guard card or license preferred.
Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background investigation required.
Drug screen required.
License requirements may vary by state.
